MAKING MONEY IN ODESK

Before I knew oDesk, I do not believe that I can make money online.  For me, there is no possibility that you can work online at the comfort of your home and earn decent money.  

MY EXPERIENCE IN ODESK 

I signed up in oDesk and tried my luck.  Anyway, I will just do it as additional income.  

I was already losing hope because nobody wants to hire me.  There are lots of worker also looking for a job and applying like me with different skills with low rates.  Then, after applying for I think 10 jobs in oDesk, I was finally got noticed by a “kind employer”.  Yes, for me she is a “kind employer” because she gives chances to new oDeskers like me and the payment is not too low for a newbie like me.  I was very happy when I saw my inbox at oDesk and my client is hiring me for a 2-hour trial job after a few interviews.

I tried my very best so that my job will be of good quality and that I will be able to please my first employer.  I am very excited doing my first job in oDesk.  I passed my job and my employer liked it and gave me a bonus. 

After having my first job, I got my second job. I was hoping to find a part time job with at least 20 to 30 hours per week so that I can earn with my free time. I applied again and was hired by another client and gave me a contract of a 30-hour job per week.  And until now, I was still working with him.  The rest are history. 

As of now, I have 3 clients in oDesk.  I work as a Virtual Assistant, Editor Assistant and Form Converter.  My hourly rate when I started in oDesk was $3.  Now my hourly rate is $5, but one client of mine gave me a $10 rate per hour.             

MY FIRST AND OTHER PAYMENTS IN ODESK

Yes, I finally got my first payment in oDesk but I did not cashed out yet because every time you cash out with oDesk there is a $1 charge using paypal, so I decided to keep it first and withdraw when I already have at least 200 dollars.

Finally, I reached my target payout, actually, it was above my target payout and so I decided to withdraw it.

Believe it or not, I already earned around $2,000+ in oDesk.
